These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") are the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "this online shop") provided on this website by Art Create Co., Ltd.   3. The purchaser shall bear the shipping fee, transfer fee, settlement agent fee and other expenses incurred in obtaining the product by himself/herself for the part where there is no discount.

  4. The purchaser cannot return the goods. However, this does not apply if there is a defect in the product.

  5. The content of the product, price, payment method, delivery time and method, etc. shall be displayed on the online shop.

 

Article 6 (Prohibition of transfer)

The purchaser shall not transfer any rights arising under this agreement to a third party or provide them as collateral.

 

Article 7 (Use Restrictions)

Article 8 (Prohibitions)

Users shall not perform any of the following acts.

In addition, if the purchaser engages in any of the following acts when using the product, the use of this online shop will be suspended.

  1. Acts aimed at fraudulent use of registered e-mail addresses and passwords.

  2. Actions that cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to the Company or a third party (including other users), or actions that cause such fear.

Article 9 (Changes to Application Matters)

Article 10 (Right to Claim Other Damages)

The user cannot claim damages for damages incurred due to violation of this agreement or other reasons for which the user is responsible.

 

Article 11 (Disclaimer due to Force Majeure)

Article 12 (Governing Law, Agreed Jurisdiction)

  1. The law of Japan shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. Regarding this online shop, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall be excluded.

  2. In the event of a dispute regarding this online shop, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court.
