As the store manager of Shuki-gura, he proposes personalized glass selections tailored to each customer’s preferences and drinking styles.
He conducts daily research on combinations of beverages connected to Otaru and glasses that best bring out their unique qualities.
With the motto of offering “an experience you can only have here in the world,” he delivers tasting experiences and glass recommendations unique to Shuki-gura.
Born in Sapporo, currently living in Otaru.
