We exhibit and sell works by artists from across Japan, with a focus on Hokkaido.
In addition to Otaru glass, we offer one-of-a-kind pieces available exclusively at “SOU,” as well as works made from other materials such as leather and resin.

Katuyoshi Kouno
Art factory
The artist is based in Rokugo, Furano City, creating works that express deep colors using hard glass. Their creations range widely from tableware to pieces inspired by Hokkaido motifs.
Takui Hayashi
Nico
The artist creates works in a workshop adjacent to the Taisho Glass Main Store. Specializing in starry-sky–inspired pieces and adorable character creations.
Hitoshi Kamiura
Otaru Handmade Glass Workshop
Glasses, ornaments, and lamps with original and richly expressive designs are especially popular.
Character-themed works are so popular that they often sell out quickly.
