About the Crafting Experience
Q1. Do I need a reservation for the glass-making experience?
Yes. Reservations are required for the glass-blowing experience.
Other workshops may be available without a reservation, depending on availability on the day.
Please note that some experiences accept same-day participation only.
Q2. Can I join the experience on the same day?
A.Yes, same-day participation is possible, provided that seats are available.
Q3. How long does the experience take?
A. Depending on the experience, the estimated time is approximately 15 to 60 minutes.
Q4. Can children also participate in the experience?
A. Some experiences have age restrictions. Many programs are designed for elementary school students and above, and parental accompaniment may be required.
Q5. Can I participate even if I have shoulder or back pain?
Participation depends on the type of experience and your physical condition.
If you have concerns about shoulder, back, or other physical pain, please consult with our staff in advance so we can advise you on the most suitable option.

Q6. Are there differences between each store?
A. Taisho Glass operates multiple specialty shops, each focusing on different genres such as accessories, sake ware, tableware, and miniature glass. Please enjoy exploring them according to your interests.
Q7. Which store sells accessories?
A. A. Available at the Tonbodama Studio, Kanzashi Shop, SORA (Universe), Creators Market SOU, and other locations.
Q8. Are there products available only in Otaru?
A. Yes. Many of our products are original works created in workshops in Otaru, and some items are available exclusively at our local stores.
Q9. Do you offer gift wrapping?/span>
A. Yes, we offer gift wrapping. Please feel free to ask our staff for assistance.

Q10. Is there a parking lot?
A. There is no dedicated parking available. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
Q11. Is the store within walking distance from the Otaru Canal?
Yes. Our stores are located along Sakaimachi Street and are within walking distance from the Otaru Canal.
Q12. Is it okay if I don’t speak Japanese?
A. Yes. While the level of support varies by store, we do offer assistance in foreign languages.
Q13. Can I use a credit card?
A. Credit cards and electronic payment methods are accepted (excluding some stores).
Q14. Is it possible to visit as a large group?
Yes, large groups are welcome.
